This week is really about exposing some basic information for you. In no way are these video's 100% turths for you specifically. Everyone is different and reacts differently to certain types of eating and exercise so please take the video's with a grain of salt.

September 20th is the date of the FIRST ANNUAL WELLNESS CHALLENGE SERIES! The Challenge can only get better and better from here on in. I hope you all enjoy the challenge and on behalf of myself Robin Mungall, I thank you all for participating in what I hope to be a continually improving challenge.
ABOUT THE CHALLENGE:

The Robin Mungall Fitness Wellness Challenge Series is about improving yourself in several aspects of wellness including the physical mental and spiritual aspects of health. The Challenge is open to anyone who wishes to join however it is only Free to Robin Mungall Fitness Clients. Non Clients can join for free and participate but if you want to be eligible for prizes you can pay a fee of $50 Just go to m main Webiste Click Here. The Challenge will have 4 seasonal bouts throughout the year, and those who are able to compete each season will have the best chance to be at the top of the standings at the end of the year. The series starts with the Fall Session then a Winter Session, Spring Session and Summer Super Challenge. Prizes will be won for the top 3 leaders of each session, but remember (as cliché as it sounds) you aren't just competing to win against others, you're competing to challenge yourself and improve upon yourself. There is be a big celebration at the Summer Super Challenge Series where the grand prize winners will be announced and other draw prizes will be given away as well. More details on the Rules can be read in the Challenge Agenda Section of this website. Here's how the Wellness Challenge Series will play out.

The Fall Session (8weeks)
-There will be one challenge to complete each week, some will be physical challenges others will be educational or spiritual in nature.
-There will also be 2 Super Challenges: The Total Challenge and The Master Challenge.
-The Total Challenge will be something that you choose to compete in out of several options. You will have the entire 8 weeks to complete this challenge.
-The Master challenge is a 4week challenge that you must complete at the mid point mark of the challenge.

The Winter Session (6weeks)
-This is more of a body transformations challenge and physical performance challenge. You will have the choice of either competing for a body transformation prize or an increased physical performance challenge based on your own bodyweight.
- Each week there will be nutritional challenges or educational challenges.

The Spring Session (4weeks)
- This challenge will be similar to the Fall Session however it will be shorter in length and concentrate more on the spiritual and mental aspects of self improvement.

The Summer Super Challenge (1day)
-The Summer Super Challenge lasts for only one day, it will be an amazing race type event at Hawerlak Park or an equally fun park in JUNE where we can all share a few laughs and have fun. Prizes will be given for the Winners and there will be plenty of Draw Prizes as well.
